Utilize AutoCAD and Land Desktop to design and prepare Subdivision and Improvement Plans for both residential and commercial land development projects.

Direct interaction with both public & private governmental agency's and their respective standards and procedures will be required.

Civil CAD Draftsman/ Project Mgr

Manage Survey Crew, all aspects of surveys and mapping jobs. Client and agency interaction (prepare and negotiate contracts, attend agency meetings/ hearings, etc.).

Licensed Land Surveyor/ Project Mgr

Work along side our Engineer, assist w/ the preparation of calculations, and plans. Gain useful knowledge of the UBC code and hands-on experience with Structural Engineering software, AutoCAD, Excel, etc.

Great opportunity for EIT or advancing structural draftsman/ designer.

Associate Structural Engineer

Text Box: Prerequisites:
One-two years experience in Professional firm as civil draftsman, designer, engineer, preferable. One-two years experience with AutoCAD, preferable. One-two years experience with Land Desktop (formerly Softdesk), preferable. Working experience with local standards and procedures for mapping, etc., preferable. Prior experience on a survey crew, beneficial.
